Tearria is our Field Manager. She has also been with ACS since 2018 starting as an Environmental Technician rising to facilities manager while working at the University of Iowa HSSB and later at GEICO. Tearria currently does inspections of other employees’ work at various sites while still being involved in the actual field duties. Tearria has taken over the many of the responsibilities for hiring and training employees, scheduling and is branching out into Graphic Design and social media posting. She is soft spoken and always happy to help others. She is detailed in her approach to the job and training of new employees.
